Device.exe error while trying to connect to some mobile operator networks using certain Universal Subscriber Identity Module Cards (USIM) cards. 2. A system delay when trying to open an application (Contacts, SMS/MMS, etc.) or setting (Security, Device Lock, etc.) while the iPAQ Voice Messenger is attempting to complete the Windows Mobile boot-up process and establish a connection with the carrier network. This package updates only the products supporting the following SKU IDs or Product IDs: FB142AA#AK6, FB142AA#ABD, FB142AA#ABE, FB142AA#ABF, FB142AA#AK9, FB142AA#ABH, FB142AT#AK6, FB142AT#ABD, FB142AT#ABE, FB142AT#ABF, FB142AT#AK9, FB142AT#ABH, FB142AA#ABG, FB142AA#ARE, FB142AA#UUF, and FB201AA#ACB. To find the SKU ID or Product ID on the iPAQ device, press Start > Settings > System > HP Asset Viewer > System.
