Jornada 430/­430se Enhanced Driver for HP Jornada 430/­430se Palm-size Type: Driver If you are using Simple Technology CF card or IBM microdrive with the Jornada 430/­430se,­ this enhanced driver will resolve card detection problems.­ Eg: a message prompting to format the card when Simple Technology CF card is inserted or there is no response when the IBM microdrive is plugged in.­ If you encounter the above issues,­ do not format the card or the drive.­ Install the driver following the instruction steps given below.­ To install: 1.­ Download the 430CFDRV.­EXE to a temporary directory in your desktop PC.­ 2.­ Double-click on the file430CFDRV.­EXE to run the WINZIP self-extractor to obtain the enhanced driver PCMCIA.­DLL and README.­TXT.­ 3.­ Read the README.­TXT for installation information on how to install the PCMCIA.­DLL to the Jornada 430/­430se.­ Note: You will need to re-install it again if a hard reset is performed on the device.­
