iPAQ 610 and 610c Business Navigators - FA986AA#AC4,­ FA990AA#AC4 - Update To Fix the Call Waiting Tone That Mutes an Active C for HP iPAQ 610 Business Navigator Type: Software - Solutions This package fixes the following issue for the HP iPAQ 610 and 610c Business Navigator models and the supported operating system.­ Two parties are on a call.­ A third party calls the first party.­ While the first party hears a call waiting tone,­ the second party gets temporarily muted.­ In such a scenario,­ the second party may assume that the call is disconnected.­ This softpaq resolves this issue and the call does not get muted.­ This package updates only the products supporting the following SKU IDs or Product IDs: FA986AA#AC4 and FA990AA#AC4.­ To find the SKU ID or Product ID on the iPAQ device,­ tap Start > Settings > System > HP Asset Viewer > System.­
